Hi,

I am using ms publisher 2003 and would like to know how to insert pdf files
into my webpages so people can click on them to open them as a separate
document and then print them if they wish to.

Thanks
Mabeline

Hi Charles,

Maybe I am in the wrong microsoft section, not sure, and I probably didn't
explain exactly what it is that I wanted to do.

I already have pdf files such as plans that I have in pdf format. I used
publisher to create my webpages and I want to be able to insert/attach the
pdf files I have to the html pages I have before I upload them to the
website. The people viewing my website can then just click on the pdf file
attachment (as in email) and view the contents of the individual files.

Hope this makes more sense.

Regards
Mabeline.

Don,

Thank you very much. I haven't put this in place yet but it just makes so
much sense and it seems easy. Thanks again.

Not sure if you mean using Publisher to create the download link, but I
save the file as pdf (or a zip file if it's big)
Upload it to my website
And put in the body code

<p align=CENTER><a
href="http://www.kingcon.com/starchild/2007calenda.pdf"><size="5">
Download pdf file (579k) to print 12 calendar pages on printer paper or
cardstock </a></font></center><br>

Only put in your file and link to it and what itis.

The link to the page is
http://www.kingcon.com/starchild/calendar.html

I realize it's kind of old I was testing out making a calendar in
Publisher and saving it as pdf for downloading and printing.
At this point I might as well wait and make a 2009 one (LOL)

Hello

Maybe this is a daft question but how do you create a folder on a publisher
website?

Thanks
