You need the full version of Acrobat (not the reader) or one of the
shareware equivalents.

They are created by software that converts the document into a graphical
representation. This requires the use of the full version of Adobe Acrobat
or one of its cheaper clones. There are some choices available from the
favourites page of my web site.
