PDF to Spreadsheet

There's got to be an easy to get a PDF "spreadsheet" into
an Excel spreadsheet without copying, pasting and text-to-
columns.
Help me, please?

Depending on which version of Acrobat you're using (hopefully not one where
you'd have to pay for it), there may be a "column select tool" which might
be easier.
