People can't reply to my e-mails

Some people can't reply to my e-mails. They get the error: Receipient
address rejected: user unknown in virtual mailbox table (in reply to RCPT TP
command).

It is only a problem for some!


What can I do about it??

Call your ISP (or IT department) and ask them to look into it or walk you
through the steps so that you can do it yourself.
