Percent complete not rolling up to 100%

Suddenly, none of my tasks are rolling up to their parent. It must be some
setting that I set, but it's impossible to figure out what it might be.

If you look at the screenshot, you'll see my test, where two subtasks rull
up to a main task. The main task should show a %Complete of X percent, the
Duration should show 15 days, the start date should show 12/1/2008, and the
end date should show 12/12/2008. Instead the main task just shows default
data that was originally entered. Also, you can normally edit the main tasks
% Complete, but as you can see from the screenshot, it is disabled.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Things to check. Starting with the simple things first.

1. Tools/Options/Calculations set to automatic. Or press F9 to calculate
2. Check EV Method. Tools/Options/Calculations. On that tab is a buttom
"Earned Value" click that and specify %Complete and also check your baseline
(although not really required for what you are showing).

3. Verify all the tasks have an Earned Value method of %Complete not
Physical%Complete.

I see an odd relationship between tasks 2 & 3 becuase they should be FS.
This implies to me that either calculations are set to manual or you have
keyed some dates (a separate issue).

although I have not heard of %Complete troubles in P2007, you should also
download and install the latest service pack.
