Permanent cc recipient

I am trying to find out how I can add a permanent cc
recipient to my email. I want to be able to open up a
new email to write and just have that person on my cc box
at all times. It is easier to take that person off
rather than to keep remembering to add them on.

Tools->Forms->Design a form. Open a mail message, type in the CC person's
address. Publish the form. Now, go to your in-box, right click and select
properties. Use the dropdown (when posting to this folder) to navigate to
your form - should be in the personal forms library. Open your form and
that will make it the default.
