Personal Folder problem

I'm trying to import a personal folder and each time it disappears when I click "finish". What's going on???!! The .pst files were exported from the same version of Outlook (2002)

Instead of importing it connect to it by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
Move the items manual if desired.
