Personal folders backup

XP Pro, Outlook 2003.
I installed personal folders backup through a profile
with administator privileges. When I log in under any
other profile, backup is not available. If I try to
install it under that profile, it says it's all ready
installed.

Make sure it is selected in Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced
E-mail Options-> button Add-In Manager

Thanks for your response.
Unfortunately, it isn't listed in the add-in manager for
any of the profiles on the computer.
