Personal Folders not closed properly

We have a user who keeps getting the message, "Outlook -
Data file 'Personal Folders' was not closed properly. The
file is being checked for problems." when she opens her
Outlook. I have looked on-line and found a few others
with this problem but no solution or suggestions. Any
ideas, anyone?
