I do have a problem with my contacts. Outlook are putting a (1) in front of
the phone no. Every time I try to change that, it goes back. Does anyone
know how I can change that ???

Configure your Windows modem and dialing properties correctly and Outlook
should format the phone numbers correctly. They will include the long
distance prefix and the area code, as they should.
