Photosuite IIISE "failed to create empty document"

I am now getting this message when opening Photosuite III SE "failed to
create empty document". Can someone tell why or what to do. I have tried
PhotoSuite boards but no answers.

If you didn't get an answer in the proper newsgroup, chances are that
looking in the wrong newsgroup will not get you the answer either.

It's not a bother. It's just that your chances are always going to be better
finding a group that specializes in the program rather than the wrong group.

Hi L.J.,

Try using Start=>Run %temp%
and delete the files there.

If that doesn't solve it and you have the lastest patches installed
the information I've seen on this one indicates you
may need to backup your files, delete the \MGI programs folder,
restart the PC and reinstall.

Thank you, Bob, for taking the time to respond. I thought the problem would
have a fairly simple solution but I was stumped.
