Picture background prints smaller

I'm making a card with a picture background behind some text. In a normal
view - two page spread - everything is fine. In print preview and actual
printing, the background picture is significantly smaller. I'm at a loss.
Help.

Does the background fill the entire page? Could be your printer's margin limitations.
