Picture format.

Some pictures are surrounded by a line. I can add caption or watermarks can
be seen in front of that picture (in PDF). It is OK
But some pictures surronded by six small circles.
What is the difference between them?

When I try to change wrapping style to from "in front of text" to "in line
with text", following warning appears."The server application, source file,or
item cannot be found. ..."
How can convert this type of picture to the first type?

For the ones with the circles, try cutting them, then Edit-->Paste
special--> and choose one of the picture formats there.
