Have you checked for an update to your printer driver at the website of your
printer manufacturer?

If the images are on the Master page, be sure you don't have ignore Master Page
checked.

In the print dialog, advance print settings button, Graphics and fonts tab, be
certain Print full-resolution linked graphics is ticked.

If it is ticked, go to the manufacturer's web site of your printer and look
around for a newer driver.

yes, I have checked it over many times.... the pictures are high resolution.
Does that mean anything?

Thanks ed,
I was on the phone all night with HP installing the printer. My pictures
are high resolution.... one old picture does print and newer ones do not
print from a new batch....it is a real estate flyer.

You might want to take the images into an editing program and resample them
down. How high-res are they?

They are around 2000 dpi

No commerically-available printer can print at that resolution. 300dpi is
normally sufficient for most commerical print outlets, and they use superior
technology to your desktop printer.

Use a graphics application to resample to 300dpi at the size that you are
going to be printing and try again.

Thanks for the response ed... sorry to not be so experienced, but could you
tell me how to "resample" ..we have microsoft picture-it... I can not seem to
figure it out.
Would "picture-it" be a graphic manager?

PictureIt is pretty close to a graphics application - look for a Resize
option.

Alternatively, download the free IrfanView application from
www.irfanview.com, it has a resample option.
