I'm getting my brain all in a muddle and wonder if someone could help please.
I'm putting together a plan for a fairly complex piece of work. I started
out with a product list of a couple of hundred products (documents, etc)
which I've captured at the top of the plan as one group.
underneath these as another group, I've started capturing the high level
activities.
For each of these high level activities, one or more products will need to
be produced.
I think what I'm looking for is to set up the plan so that the scheduling of
producing the products is driven by the dates on the high level activities.
So, for example, if 'Develop Training' is a high level activity, the dates
for this will drive when the Training notes, the training pack, the trainer's
brief, etc will need to be produced.
what is the simplest way of achieving this please?
