Please help- form

Hi;

I'm in the midst of developing a form. Can anyone help me with the following:

a) I have a text field called "Country_Name" , "Group" and "Subgroup"
Can anyone guide me to get different listing for subgroup when different
country and group is being selected?
For example: If I select a country called UK and a group called "Regular",
then I should get a drop down list that have the following selection:
-Full Time with OT
-Part Time with OT

However, if I select another country called "Germany" and group called
"Regular", I need to get a different subgroup listing as follows:
-Full Time with NO OT
-Executive
