PLEASE HELP - PROJECT WON'T UPDATE OR SAVE, VBScript error ....

iGood Afternoon,

When I try to update and/OR save one of the four Microsoft Project 2003
projects that I am the Manager for, the Project hangs up and I am forced to
use the windows task manager to close out Microsoft Project. We do use
Microsoft Project Server.

I usually get the following task, (although I have never gotten any spooler
error):

VBScript: Microsoft Office Project Web Access 2003

Project cannot be fully opened because it is awaiting your input. Either
continue with the input process until Project if fully running or quit
Project and Update again.
_________________________________________________________________

Needless to say I do not really have either or those options because Project
is hung up and unuseable at that point. Additionally that particular project
is still checked out to me and I must manually check it in.

No other projects running on the same server and utilizing the same
enterprise resource pool are affected. This Project will hang up EVERY time.

Any thoughts?

Gigi,

Have you tried to do a "Save as"? You may want to search this discussion
group for "XML Corrupt" and read the post response by Jack on file corruption.
