I have a blank template that I use for a large number of files. When I click
on Save As I would like word to pick out a certain Title and have this as the
documents name. Any ideas?

Code a macro called FileSaveAs into your document and this will replace
Word's File Save As command

Sub FileSaveAs()
Dim dlg As Dialog
Const NetworkPath = "C:\temp"
Dim DocTitle

'Get the title you want
DocTitle = "My Document Title.doc"

Set dlg = Dialogs(wdDialogFileSaveAs)
With dlg
.Name = DocTitle
.Show
End With

End Sub

Put it in the Title property of your template. File > Properties
