Please Help - What happened to my "email icon" in Office

Hi- I just recently purchased a new laptop and got Office 2003 Professional
installed. From what I recall the first few times I opened Excel and Word
was that there was either a single "email" icon on the toolbar or there was a
toolbar specifically for the email function. In fact, I think I even went as
far as clicking on the "email" icon and a "to:, from:, cc:, etc appeared
above my excel spreadsheet".
Anyways, I loaded a small Yahoo Mail file to make Yahoo Mail my default
email program. So when I opened Excel and Word I don't see that "email"
icon/toolbar anymore. Maybe I just don't see it or maybe I accidentally hid
it or maybe the Yahoo file I downloaded zapped it away. I'm not computer
savvy so if you have any suggestions please give me step by step
instructions. Thank you so much in advance. Rochelle.

It requires Outlook for Office Automation to work.
