Please help with browser/computer compatibility

I have worked many hours on my website and am very
frustrated. Any input would be greatly appreciated. When
working on my webpage I would continuously switch to
browser preview to make sure that everything looked good.
Upon publishing my website It looked perfectly fine on my
laptop. When I looked at it from the other computers in
my office the pages seemed oversized and things were not
aligned as they appeared on my computer. I am hoping
there is a simple fix.

Without being able to see your web site,
it's a little difficult to offer suggestions.
However, I suspect you're seeing the effects
of viewing the site at different monitor "resolution"
settings. This can be cured by placing the page
content in fixed width tables.

Can you post a URL??

1) Your framesets don't add up to 100%
You have <frameset rows="22%,10%,83%" and frameset cols="18%,81%"
Recommend fixed px sizes to match you nav frames, say:
<frameset rows="130,50,*" and frameset cols="120,*"
2) remove all spaces from file names - illegal html - breaks links

| I am having the same problem. Please look at my site

1) You are using word/shape art - only supported by IE (remove or replace)
2) Check all your tables for illegal sizes (>100%) as in
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="border-collapse: collapse" bordercolor="#111111" width="111%">
3) Remove all the inline styles and absolute positioning in html/code view as in
<span style="position: absolute; left: -272; top: 60"> and
style="left: 24; width: 64; position: absolute; top: 27; height: 34"
