PLease help

I am using front page 2002 to design my web sites.
Problem is I am not that familiar with any of this. I
have launched the site www.alliedtractor.net and it has
problems!! It comes up all messed up. Words shift, photos
shift, nothing is where it belongs and the words overlap
the photos and etc.. In design view it looks great but
NOT launched. Please someone let me know what is going on
and how to fix this issue.

You are using Word Art which is not universally supported and is absolutely positioned on the page
IMHO - remove the word art
Also the JAVA hoover buttons are a problems for many user

PS
the space bar is not a design tool - affects page layout
Layout your page in tables and align your cells or content
