Help with coding

i am currently trying to change a slideshow on my companies site... the code
i am using is working perfectly for what i want it to do but im having a
little glitch and i cant see what im doing wrong or what code i have left out.

the original slideshow im trying to use is

if someone could help i would appriciate. my problem is the thumbnail photos
dont show up correctly.

Do you mean that you're only getting a "hint" rather than an accurately
scaled thumb? What's creating the thumbs - you or a generating
script/app/program? You may have to create the thumbs manually with a
program like IrFanview in such a way that the represent a better view of the
larger image. This can be tricky with vertical AND horizontally formatted
pix to get them to fix the format of the gallery.

But works as it is...for me at least.
