MS owns the Navision software.

You may want to post your query in the Navision
group (link below) and include the version of the
software and of Excel you're using.
The current version of Navision can export in XML
and Excel 2003 can import XML data and Navision
exports to Excel worksheets for various budgeting,
analysis and accounting tasks.

to know if somebody can help me as to how I can export GL into excel
