Pop Box to Input Value in SQL passthrough

I am running a sql passthrough in microsoft access 2003. I want to be able
to retrieve certain data that meet the criteria I input in the pop up box.
How do I code the sql to create a pop up box? Or is it not possible.

It is similar to to a microsoft access query, you can put [Enter Value] in
the criteria, run the query, and a pop up box will appear to allow you to
pull data based on that criteria you input in the field.
