Pop Up Windows

Can anyone tell me how to create a pop up window that
brings up another website? I want this to occur when a
user clicks on a hyperlink. Thanks.

In the FrontPage hyperlink properties (for that link, right-click), select
'new window' under target frame. This is just a standard 'new window'
function and not really a pop-up in the popular sense.

If you need the new window to have specific properties such as size a
position, there are various 3rd party applications and scripts available. I
personally use J-Bots 2002 which includes the ability but a lot more.
