Pop ups or comments in visio 2003

I am using Visio 2003 to setup up a rack diagram. I want to setup up pop
ups where by when the cursor goes over the server shapes a comment or a pop
up appears which will show the server name and IP address. I am sure you
can do this in Visio but I cannot find where.

Can anyone help.

Set the shape's comment.
menu Window -> Show Shapesheet
in the miscellaneous section.

( Not the Insert -> Comment menu)
