pop3 address line

I am running Outlook 2002 SP1. When I put the correct pop
server information in the pop line as in pop.starband.net
when I come back it will always be changed to "localhost"
without the quotes. Also it appends "/pop.starband.net"
without the quotes to the user name line. It seems to
work most of the time but this is the only computer i am
having this to happen on.

Any ideas?
