Popups in Word 2007

Greetings. I am using VISTA Home Premium (SP1) and Office 2007. I recently
have been examining a clever program called SnapShots, which faciliates
popups when the mouse hovers over a hyperlink. Here is the link to get an
idea what it does:

http://www.snap.com/snapshots.php

Now, one limitation with this program is that the contents of the entire
link can't be seen while the mouse hovers (or at least it lacks a scrollable
window), but it does provide a convenient, quick look at the top portions of
the hyperlink (it can also play audio and video, but no scrolling). I was
wondering if there is an add-in or other program that is compatible with MS
Word 2007 or MS Excel 2007 and can do the following?

When the mouse hovers over a link, a window pops up with the entire link (at
least a window that is scrollable, because long webpages or documents
wouldn't fit on the page), and (this is the tricky part) the material in the
window is "embedded" in the MS Word or MS Excel document from a webpage or
stored document / file. That is, when changes are made in the original (that
is, the website or the content of the file), these changes can be seen in the
popup window realtime (since everything will be up-to-date). Why would I need
this? Well, I often have links to various websites that are frequently
updated. Take for example, Wikipedia. If a certain topic is updated there
(and they are almost daily), I would like to see a fresher version of the
entry when I hover my mouse over the link in a Word or Excel document. At
present only the upper part of the entry is visible, and I have to go to the
website to read the entire entry.

Or course I could just have the hyperlinks to the, say, Wikipedia articles,
then go there to look around, as I just mentioned above. It would be nice,
though, to have a window pop up with current material that is scrollable (and
even editable?). I noticed in Inkseine, a Tablet PC program being developed
by Ken Hinckley at Microsoft Research, that there is a fantastic innovation
-- a popup search windows, an extremely handy feature. You don't have to exit
the page to do a search. So do any of the MS Word / Office 2007 experts out
there know of such an add-on / program or method to facilitate what I am
looking for?
