Portfolio Analyser, PS2003

Is it true that you need Office 2003 to create Portfolio Analyser Views in
MS Project Webaccess 2003?

Using PS 2002 I downloaded Office Webcomponents 2002 and everything worked
fine when creating Portfolio Analyser Views. After I upgraded to PS 2003 Web
Access required OWC 2003 but creating Views was not possible anymore,
specifically it was impossible to add Categories and Filters to the chart by
drag and drop from the chart list. (Data was no problem)
I tried this scenario with several different Clients, only when Office 2003
was installed on the client I was able to create views.

Yes & No.

You do need to be licensed for Office 2003 or a component
part(Project 2003 will do) but you don't have to actually
have it installed. We have a site licence for 2003 but
only have XP installed.

You need to download lpt_tool.exe and place it on the
server then modify a file with additional script.
Unfortunately the article is vague on which file needs to
be modified and after 4 days of talking to MS Tech support
they are yet to tell me which one.

If you find the filename please post the info.
