Can I position the website in the middle of the screen when IE is
mximized? Or, how to make the site using the full width?

Evil? Silly girl...ignorant description.

Yes, Pub 2003 does suffer from some code bloat, and produces slower loading
pages. Pub 2000 produces much cleaner HTML code and faster loading pages.
And while no "serious" web designer would use Pub 2003 with its limitations,
it can still be the right tool for the person who already owns Publisher and
is wanting a simple static website. For the hobbyist it certainly makes more
sense than paying hundreds of dollars and investing many hours learning new
software. Then if they need a more dynamic, complicated site they can switch
to software specifically designed for the task.

Where have you seen that FP has been discontinued?

| By using the correct tool for the job. Publisher is a DTP package that
just
| happens to have web creation tools. However, web sites created in
Publisher
| are seriously bloated and will take much longer to load than pages created
in
| a proper package (such as Dreamweaver (may it rest in peace) or GoLive!)
|
| Even FrontPage is better than nothing (though that has now been
| discontinued).
|
| If I was an MVP, I'd be pushing MS to remove the web creation tools from
| Publisher because they're evil.
|
| I have seen the same site created in Publisher and created in Dreamweaver
and
| the code bloat is obvious. Code bloat means extra download time and that's
| not going to please the visitors to your site with slow(er) connections.
|
| Do yourself a favour and NEVER USE PUBLISHER FOR WEB DESIGN!!
