Power point missing files

I completed a Power Point presentation last night and
saved it to the Hard Drive before going to bed. This
morning when I tried to open it I got the message that it
could not open because of "missing files" This is about a
1.8 meg presentation. I need to recover it. The file data
shows correct time of the last save.
