1. How do I Autofit a long table into one slide? (Something like fitting
text into one slide using the Autofit facility in word but I can't find
similar facility for tables in Power Point)

2. How do I split or continue automatically (like typing text text) a
long table into more than one slides?

Ariff,
Question 1 : as you already discovered you can't autofit in Powerpoint. But
it seems to me that Powerpoint is not the program to use very large tables,
text must be readable from a distance. You can always link to a Word table
as an alternative. Choose Insert - Object - from file - browse for the
table - select - click OK - check the box for showing the file as an icon,
and hit OK. Right click on your icon, choose Action settings - check the
radio button next to action, click on the listarrow and choose open. Now,
during your presentation click on the icon representing the table and Word
should start showing your table. Close Word when finished to return to your
presentation.

Question 2 : cannot be done in Powerpoint. You will need to split the table
yourself. Select all the rows that do not fit your slide, click Copy, make a
new slide and paste them in.
