Can I save one complete powerpoint slide with several text boxes as one
picture. I want to paste it into an email. Thanks.

Select Save as, and select jpg as your file type, then select the option for
just this slide vs. the whole presentation

Click File > Save As.
Under save as type, click on the dropdown. Scroll down and look for JPEG
File Interchange Format. Click Save.
