PowerPoint: add an extra notes page, but not a slide

I have accomplished this feat previously but do not remember how to do it.
When I have speaker's notes that are more voluminous that the accompanying
slide, there used to be a way to add an extra notes page without adding a
whole new slide. Please help!

Sylvania,
This is one option: Send the notes to Microsoft Word (File menu, point to
Send to, then click Microsoft Word, and select one of the notes options),
where you can have as many pages for notes as you want.

So does this mean that one program interfaces with the other? When I print
the "notes pages" it will suck in whatever I have in Word?

Steve, you can enter notes on the notes page in PPT that extend beyond the
notes frame. When you send to Word, Word places the "overrun" on separate
pages. You then can print your selected notes pages from Word.

Another option: If you only need 1 extra page, you might try resizing the
slide graphic, dragging it to the upper left corner and resizing the notes
placeholder to cover the majority of the notes page.
