powerpoint compatibility

Hi, I use Powerpoint 2002 in Windows. I would like to know if my
Powerpoint presentations will be viewable by Mac Users? And/or would a
web version be viewable by Mac Users?
Also, is it a good idea to embed fonts? Any pros and cons re embedding
fonts?
