I have a presentation that has ALL Excel Spreadsheets inserted into the
presentation and since installing Office 2003 my embedded objects change to
pictures. The funny thing is that not all of them do it, only a few within
the presentation actually do this. Does anyone know why?
I got no response from anyone in this group and I am amazed that I am the
only one
with this problem. However, I think my boss and I solved the problem! Once
the spreadsheet and
the Chart that is used in the front tab for the Slide is created, it somehow
changes to an
object that can not be shown during the presentation so what I was doing was
UNGROUPING them to show while the Presentation was happening. In other
words
if I didn't ungroup this object then it would NOT show during the
presentation. Hope
that makes sense to everyone?
Well the actual solution is to right click on the slide data>Chart
Object>Convert it to a chart instead of
trying to show it as a spreadsheet. This doesn't seem to apply to all of my
charted data and I
still can't figure that part out. Why would this be happening only since
installing Office 2003?
and does anyone have any idea how I can pass this info onto MS?
Thank you in advance
George
