Is there a way to have the footer only be visible when the slides are printed
and not have them show up on the screen during a presentation?

Absolutely. Go to VIEW >> HEADER AND FOOTER >> NOTES AND HANDOUTS tab and
enter the information you want to appear on the printouts. Go to the SLIDE
tab and uncheck the items you do not want to show up on the slide.

What if I want to print the slides? How can I have the footer already
entered but only show up when printing. Thanks!

What if I want to print in slide format? Can I have it set up to print the
footer but not have it displayed in the slide show?
