PowerPoint Graphics Backwards

I have a presentation in which I use a checkmark graphic on several slides.
When my boss views the presentation on his laptop, all of the checkmarks are
backwards. What's up with that?

I have had the situation where a certain bullet was used in a PowerPoint
presentation. On later versions, or on another computer, the bullet is
complettely different. If the font set on your computer is different from
your boss' computer, PowerPoint substitutes whatever it has, without
notifying you. I have also had the entire font of a presentation change when
that font is no longer included in the standard fonts. You can copy the font
set that contains the bullet you used on your computer to your bosses
computer, or use another bullet. The same thing happens with Word, if your
symbol set does not match.

The checkmark I'm using is actually a Clip Art Image, not a bullet point.
Does your response still apply? I would think that it would paste as shown?
