Powerpoint on Windows XP Home

Claire

I am a Windows XP Home user. I have a Toshiba Sattelite
Laptop and cannot seem to find Powerpoint on system
anywhere. Can anyone tell me why I wouldn't have
Powerpoint on my system.

Have tried to open powerpoint presentation from Drive A,
says not recognising the product that created the
document.

Is there anyway that I can get powerpoint onto the
System? Free Downloads Etc?

PowerPoint normally does not come loaded with new computers unless specifically
ordered. It is also not available for download.

One additional thought is if you need to view a PowerPoint file, you can
download the free PowerPoint Viewer from Microsoft's web site. This allows
you to view and print a PowerPoint presentation, but not edit or create it.
