Powerpoint slide show won't show background

Hi everyone, as i was doing my project. I was putting
the background on the slide. Well when i went to slide
show everything was fine, but as i tried puting it on a
projector and screen. My background didn't show up, but
everything else did. If anyone can help me, i'd
appreciate it. It's my final grade.

Not being a smart ankles but it's all but impossible for us to help without
at least some minimal information. What version of PowerPoint? Mac or PC?
If a PC what OS are you running? Is this a dual monitor machine or a lap
top by any chance?
