PowerPoint + Small Caps?

Is there any way to use small capitals in PowerPoint? (I am using PowerPoint
2003, and I cannot find it as a Format/Font choice.)

head to http://www.pptools.com and download the free Starter Set. It has a
small caps tool, which PPT itself doesn't.
