You can't. Not legally, at any rate. If you need to create PowerPoint
presentations, you need to purchase it or a version of Office that includes
it, at a computer/software store (or eBay for older versions)
If you only need to view or print existing PowerPoint presentations, you can
download a free PowerPoint viewer:
