Depends on the version of PowerPoint you have. If you have PPT 2002 (XP) or
2003 you can use Triggers to animate an object when desired in whatever
order you want (by clicking another object, like buttons). If you have
earlier versions (PPT 2000 or 97), or if you want to venture into VBA with
the newer versions, you can use VBA (visual basic for applications)
programming language.
