PP...Disk Cleaner...MS Office

Windows XP Home.
MS Works 2002 : MS Office 2000 but not Word :
Upgraded MS Power Point to 2003.
When I use 'Disk Cleaner' I see
Office Set-up Files 18,672 KB
Web Client/Publisher Temp Files 112 KB
I retain the Office set-up files, but remove
the Web ...... Temp Files !!!!!
When I next use Power Point, there is a pause
whilst 'MS Office Additional Features' are Installed.
Also the MS Office Icon appears in the System Tray.
Next time I use Power Point, there is no install
process, and the MS Office icon does not appear in
the System Tray.
Am I using Disk Cleaner incorrectly ?
