PPS email attachments not recognizing PowerPoint program

Hi,

I have Office 2003 Professional and have PowerPoint loaded. However, when I
receive emails with PowerPoint attachments, if I double-click the email
attachment PowerPoint not only does not launch, but when I list programs to
open the attachment with PowerPoint is not listed in the options....

Why? What can I do to allow email attachments to launch PowerPoint when I
click on PowerPoint email attachments?

You may not view be able to view the file in some emails. If that happens,
try saving it as attachment to your hard disk (eg: C:\). Then open the
presentation from your C Drive.

I AM TRYING TO POST ANOTHER QUESTION SIMILAR TO YOURS EXCEPT IM OKAY WITH THE
VIDEO BUT NOT THE AUDIO. BUT I CAN PLAY ANYTHING FROM ANYWHERES EXCEPT I DONT
EVEN HEAR ANY SOUND, YET I CAN PLAY THE PPS IN OTHER COMPUTER AND IT HAS
SOUND, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO MINE, THERE IS NONE. IF ANYONE HAS AN ANSWER
PLEASE SENT ME NOTE.
