PPT 2003 and mouse pointer

How can I make the mouse pointer stay on the screen?

Can you tell us more? What's happening, what View are you in, etc.?

The pointer takes forever for it to come on the first slide. I have to move
the mouse around for it to come up.

Slideshow menu
Set up show
Tick the "kiosk mode"
Then the pointer is always visible

Hi Joseph,

Just hit the "A" or "=" key to toggle the pointer on/off during slide show.

For this and other neat keyboard shortcuts for slide show simply hit the
"F1" key while in slide show.
