Another thought. Did you do a custom install? You can go to Start > Control
Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Select Microsoft Office 2003 and click on the
"Change" button. Select Add or Remove Features from the menu that appears,
click Next, check the box that says "Choose advanced customization of
applications and then click Update. Under PowerPoint, make sure that Package
for CD is set to run from your computer.
Also, if you don't use that option often, it could be hidden. Keep the File
menu active for a while or click an arrow beneath the menu to reveal the
full menu. Does that show the Package for CD option?
