PPT file sizes

Hi folks,

Anyone know of powerpoint elements that drastically
increase file size? Any simple ways of making file sizes
smaller? I have a presentation thats just graphs and txt
but its nearly 6mb, god knows why...

First, go to Tools > Options > Save and turn of Fast Saves. Always leave it
off. Re-save your presentation with a different name and compare the size
with the previous version. If they are significantly differently, that was
your problem.
