I guess, you can also download "CutePDF Writer" from http://www.cutepdf.com/..
1 - Install freeware "CutePDF Writer" from http://www.cutepdf.com/..
2 - Open the PPT file
3 - File --> Print
4 - Select the CutePDFWrite from the printer list.
5 - Select optiosn such as "handout" etc.
6 - Click OK
7 - Save the file .. This is converted PDF file.

OK - then if you don't have a button for PDF on your tool bar, go to File >
Print. In the print drop down menu choose Adobe PDF (it acts just like a
printer). Click OK.
