In the Clip Organizer, I added a collection, then pointed it to a directory
that contained existing clipart. It took some time, but it seemed to add
all of the folders that were there.
When I search by keyword, however, it did not find anything UNLESS I view
each folder's content.
For example, I had a folder called Animals that I had not click on yet.
When I search for bear, nothing comes up. After I click on the Animals
folder and wait for it to finish showing all the animal thumbnails, then go
to search and type bear, it now finds all the clipart that has bear in the
file name.
What is going on here? Why did the add not put in the keywords until I
view them?
Is there a way to have it do all the folders so that I don't have to view
each one manually? (I have over 3000 folders!)
Thanks!
